Information you share
Contact enquiries. The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message so we can respond to your enquiry.
Vinyl enquiries. The order enquiry tool uses your selected release, quantity, destination country and optional notes to prepare an email. It does not place an order or take payment. You review and send the enquiry yourself. Availability, price, shipping and dispatch are confirmed by email.
Newsletter. Signing up asks for your email address and agreement to receive RUERE news; first and last names are optional. You can use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact of****@***re.ro to request removal.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. They can support website functions, remember preferences or be used by third-party services.
The website’s cookie controls distinguish necessary cookies from Optional media. Optional media is off by default. Choose Accept optional, Reject optional, or open Preferences to change this setting. Waiting, scrolling or continuing to browse does not accept Optional media.
Embedded SoundCloud players load after you allow Optional media and select a track. Loading a player connects your browser to SoundCloud, which may receive technical information and use its own cookies. Direct links to SoundCloud and other external websites are governed by those services’ privacy information.
Use Cookie choices at the bottom of the page to review your preference. Turning off Optional media removes loaded SoundCloud players from the current page. Cookies already stored by another service can be managed through your browser’s site-data settings.
Hosting and connected services
The website is hosted by Hostico. Hosting, email delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request details to operate the website, deliver messages and help prevent abuse.
The website uses Google reCAPTCHA and CleanTalk integrations for spam protection, Fontshare for externally hosted fonts, and SoundCloud for optional music players. The Optional media setting controls the embedded SoundCloud players; it does not control every connection made by the website’s other services.

Your privacy requests
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of its use, or a portable copy, and object to relevant processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to of****@***re.ro. You can also raise a concern with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, or another competent data protection authority.
