COSTIN RP - BASICS

RUERE004 – Basics EP marks Costin RP’s contribution to the RUERE Records catalog, delivering a refined selection of minimal electronic music shaped by deep grooves, subtle textures and a timeless underground aesthetic. Rooted in the essence of contemporary minimal house while drawing inspiration from classic dancefloor sensibilities, the release showcases Costin RP’s ability to create engaging rhythms through simplicity, detail and careful sound design.

Across three distinctive tracks, Basics EP explores different shades of the artist’s sonic identity. Rather than relying on obvious hooks or excessive arrangements, the record focuses on hypnotic movement, intricate percussion and evolving atmospheres that reveal new details with every listen. The result is a versatile release equally suited to intimate club environments, extended afterhours sessions and focused home listening.

The EP opens with Beller One Year, a deep and immersive composition driven by rolling rhythms and subtle melodic elements. Layered textures gradually unfold throughout the track, creating a sense of motion that remains understated yet effective. Its restrained approach reflects the philosophy behind the entire release: delivering impact through groove and precision rather than excess.

On the flip side, Subinc continues the journey with a carefully balanced combination of rhythmic tension and warm sonic character. The track develops patiently, allowing its finely crafted details to emerge over time, while maintaining a steady pulse designed for extended DJ sets and seamless transitions.
